My VOK has started cycling through every DOF toy as soon as I power up (even before Windows starts). Scares the crap out of me when I press power on and the whole pin starts shaking and solenoids start firing. The cycle only stops when I start a table. Any idea what could cause this?

Looks like it might have been an issue with a USB port. Very weird.

Something has re-enabled the demo routine in the firmware of the pacled64....

Well, i thought the problem was a bad usb port but its happening again. I can stop it with the pacled utility but it happens again after every computer reboot.

run the pacled64 utility again and turn the brightness down again and set the ports to 0 for all, return to the main screen and select start recording script, let it run for 5 seconds and click stop recording .
that should save a blank routine which will keep the outputs off until DOF starts and takes control.
